Trevor completed his 1000 hour massage certification at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1999, including an internship at the University of Colorado (Boulder) working with the football team. While in Colorado, Trevor had the opportunity to enhance the training and recovery of professional athletes that take advantage of the high altitude there. He has completed over 300 hours of Vipassana meditation training, bringing a grounded, centered space to each massage session.
Trevor is adept in helping facilitate the healing of chronic and acute pain as well as pre and post surgery. His style can be described as a slow, deliberate and detailed deep tissue massage that incorporates breath awareness, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. While his depth of pressure can reach maximum intensity, he meets clients “where they are at” by establishing a clear line of communication and creating a session based on the clients specific goals.
Trevor moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 2017. He is passionate about health, fitness and music. If he’s not doing his thing at Iron Palm Massage, he’s likely at the gym, cycling, camping or recording music at home.
